摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring circular dichroism spectrum and circularly polarized luminescence by means of the same optical system. ! SOLUTION: A method for measuring circular dichroism spectrum and circularly polarized luminescence according to the present invention is a method including irradiating a sample with light emitted from a light source; and measuring the circular dichroism spectrum and the circularly polarized luminescence of light output from the sample. An optical system is used which is constituted by arranging an excitation monochromator between the light source and the sample, and arranging a PEM and a CD light-emission monochromator between the sample and a detector. The excitation monochromator functions as a spectrometer producing monochromatic light from the light emitted from the light source in a case of measuring the circularly polarized luminescence, and functions not as a spectrometer but to emit 0-order light in a case of measuring the
