PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grille shutter device capable of feeding outside air selectively to different flow channels by a single actuator. ! SOLUTION: A first fin 37 is provided to a first grille opening 33, and a second fin 38 is provided to a second grille opening 34. Each fin is configured to open and close each gille opening repeatedly by rotating a drive shaft 42 of an actuator 40 in either normal direction or reverse direction. The respective fins comprise link mechanisms 60, 60a individually, and each link mechanism is connected to the drive shaft of the actuator via a one-way clutch respectively. By rotating the drive shaft of the actuator in the normal direction, the first fin opens and closes the first grille opening.
