SOLUTION: In a diaphragm blade 1, a plurality of blades are overlapped, an opening is provided in an optical path, and the diaphragm diameter of the opening is variable. Black fine irregularities 13 are provided on at least one of surfaces 11 and 12 of a feather base material 10. Ribs 11a and 12a are set up in at least part of the peripheral part of the surface where the black fine irregularities are provided.
