PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sided adhesive sheet for piezoelectric films and a piezoelectric film laminate, easily returned to the original state in a short time even when stress, such as pushing, bending and torsion is provided and excellent in elastic properties. ! SOLUTION: The double sided adhesive sheet for piezoelectric films includes an adhesive layer consisting of the cured product of an adhesive composition on both surfaces of a base material and is used for laminating a piezoelectric film to an adherend. A ratio of the maximum amount of deformation after load application to the thickness of the double sided adhesive sheet for piezoelectric films, calculated by a predetermined deformation measurement method is 10% or more, and a deformation ratio after load removal calculated by a predetermined formula (a) is 25% or less. !
