PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based resin composition which has high melt tension and is thus capable of obtaining a higher expansion ratio in foam molding than conventional ones. ! SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based resin composition is obtained by crosslinking a polylactic acid-based resin, which is obtained using a (meth)acrylic polymer (B) containing a hydroxy group as an initiator, with a (meth)acrylate compound (C) and satisfies the following conditions: (i) the (meth)acrylic polymer (B) has a number-average molecular weight of 20,000 or more and a number-average molecular weight per hydroxy group of 200-1,500; and (ii) the content of the (meth)acrylic polymer (B) and the content of the (meth)acrylate compound (C) are 1.0-5.0 pts.mass and 0.1-1.0 pt.mass, respectively, based on 100 pts.mass of a polylactic acid component (A) of the polylactic acid-based resin. !
