A micro structure according to the present invention includes an encoder to provide bio-assay information required fro identifying each micro structure in a bio-assay as a specific pattern. Thereby, the information of each micro structure without a disturbance generated due to existing fluorescence is easily identified and read. Also, the present invention is useful for the bio-assay to simultaneously detect or monitor various kinds of target nucleic acids in real time by using a plurality of micro structures by enabling a user to variously input a desirable pattern to the encoder without limit.
