The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to monitor operation integrity of an FPGA based controller, and more specifically to an apparatus and a method to monitor operation integrity of an FPGA based controller which decides normality of a controller by a simple comparison between output data of a process unit and copy process data, which is produced by copying and processing a process unit by a monitoring unit.
