COMPLEX OPTICAL FILM WITH NEAR-INFRARED SHIELDING FUNCTION

Disclosed is a complex optical film with a near-infrared shielding function. The complex optical film according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed by laminating a near-infrared reflection layer and a transparent conductive layer on one surface or both surfaces of a transparent substrate, or by forming the near-infrared reflection layer on one surface of the transparent substrate and the transparent conductive layer on the other surface. The near-infrared reflection layer comprises a first refraction layer having a first refractive index and a second refraction layer having a second refractive index lower or equal to the first refractive index. The first refraction layer and the second refraction layer are alternately laminated. The number of laminated near-infrared layer is an uneven number.
