An embodiment of a service processing method in a digital device, in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a step of downloading and installing one or more STB applications which process a service; a step of outputting an icon to access the installed STB applications to a first service board which supports an RF mode; a step of selecting a STB application icon among the STB applications; and a step of outputting contents processed by the selected STB application depending on a service authentication result and outputting a second service board for the selected STB application.
