<p>This internal state estimation device for a nonaqueous electricity storage element is provided with: a voltage detection unit for detecting the voltage of a subject electricity storage element that is the nonaqueous electricity storage element to have the internal state thereof estimated; a relaxation behavior detection unit for detecting, on the basis of the voltage detected by the voltage detection unit, the relaxation behavior of the detected voltage appearing when discharging is stopped during intermittent discharging of the subject electricity storage element or when charging is stopped during intermittent charging; a relaxation behavior storage unit for storing relaxation behavior information, which is information about the relaxation behavior detected by the relaxation behavior detection unit; a reference relaxation behavior storage unit for storing, in advance, reference relaxation behavior information, which is information about the voltage relaxation behavior appearing in a reference electricity storage element that is a nonaqueous electricity storage element having a known degree of deterioration when discharging is stopped during intermittent discharging or when charging is stopped during intermittent charging; and an internal state estimation unit for estimating the internal state of the subject electricity storage element on the basis of the relaxation behavior information for the subject electricity storage element stored by the relaxation behavior storage unit and the reference relaxation behavior information stored by the reference relaxation behavior storage unit.</p> |
