An unmanned security system based on information and communications technology related to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an unmanned monitoring apparatus including an information collection unit which collects surrounding situation information, a wireless communications unit for a monitoring apparatus which wirelessly transmits and receives information in a long term evolution (LTE) communications method, and a first control unit which transmits the collected surrounding situation information through the wireless communications unit for the monitoring apparatus; a wireless communications unit for a mobile terminal which wirelessly transmits and receives information in the LTE communications method; and a second control unit which wirelessly receives the surrounding situation information from the unmanned monitoring apparatus through the wireless communications unit for a mobile terminal.
