Disclosed is an offset calibration method of a hydraulic pressure sensor for a vehicle, comprising: a starting determination step of determining whether an engine starting signal is applied; a detection step of detecting an offset value of a hydraulic pressure sensor installed on a hydraulic pressure line connected to an oil pump within first setting time after the starting signal is applied; and a calibration step of calibrating an output value of the hydraulic pressure sensor after detecting the offset value.
