PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an ink film thickness distribution corresponding to the pattern of a print-making plate of a next printing job by being uninfluenced by densities of printed matters printed by a preceding printing job in a range of each ink fountain key when switching a printing job.SOLUTION: Correction values &Dgr;&thetas;1to &Dgr;&thetas;1n corresponding to densities of printed matters printed by a preceding printing job in a range corresponding to ink fountain keys 4-1 to 4-n are obtained as opening amounts of the ink fountain keys 4-1 to 4-n, the opening amounts of the ink fountain keys 4-1 to 4-n corresponding to the pattern of a print-making plate of a next printing job with these correction values &Dgr;&thetas;1to &Dgr;&thetas;1n of the obtained opening amounts &thetas;1b to &Dgr;&thetas;nb of the ink fountain keys 4-1 to 4-n to make corrected opening amounts &thetas;1b' to &Dgr;&thetas;nb'. An ink film thickness distribution corresponding to the pattern of a print-making plate of a next printing job is formed in an ink roller group 6 in a state that the opening amounts of the ink fountain keys 4-1 to 4-n are set to the corrected opening amounts &thetas;1b' to &Dgr;&thetas;nb' as the ink in the ink roller group 6 remains reduced by removal with an ink scraper blade 15. |
