<p>A straightening round process of numerical control straightening round machine. One sensor is mounted in the numerical control straightening round machine and connected with a PLC controller. The program built in the PLC controller calculates each straightening round parameter, feedbacks the running state, conveys each process action instruction, and straightens round a cylinder workpiece (3) in numerical control mode. The process is easy to operate, and can calculate the correction amount in real time and generate corresponding data to control each action step of the straightening round machine, thus ensuring the straightening round precise and improving work efficiency and product qualified rate.</p> |
