PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a latch device as compact as possible without degrading function thereof.SOLUTION: A latch device limits movement of a movable body M due to vibration when vibration of a predetermined magnitude is applied. The latch device includes a latch receiver P provided on the movable body M side, and a latch main body A provided on a fixed body S side, and the latch main body A includes an arm body 7, and a supporting body 8 thereof. The arm body 7 has a fitting part 7c for the latch receiver P in a front side of a shaft part 7a, and the supporting body 8 has a guide part 80 for the shaft part 7a of the arm body 7. When the vibration is applied, the arm body 7 is moved forward and is moved in a height direction by the guide part 80 from a reference position in which the fitting part 7c is not engaged with a fitted part 5a of the latch receiver P, and is guided to an engaged position in which the fitting part 7c is engaged with the fitted part 5a. |
