PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection technique realizing a high chemical injection effect even under circumstances where concentration variations of chemicals injected into circulation water easily occur.SOLUTION: A chemical injection system 10 comprises: chemical injection sections 12 (12a and 12b) for injecting at least two kinds of chemicals into a flow channel 11 through which circulation water flows; a concentration measurement section 13 for measuring a concentration of each of the chemicals contained in the circulation water; and an injection amount adjustment section 14 for adjusting an injection amount of each of the chemicals on the basis of concentration ratios obtained from concentrations of the chemicals measured such that the concentration ratios become predetermined concentration ratios preset.
