PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable winder which prevents the base end side of a flat cable pulled out from a device from getting dirty and prevents foreign objects from entering into the device. ! SOLUTION: A cable winder 1 includes: a case body 30 in which a cable storage space 35 is defined by a center axis part 32 of a center part of a bottom wall 31 and an outer peripheral wall part 33 at an outer periphery of the bottom wall 31, the case body 30 which guides a base end of a flat cable rewound in the cable storage space 35 from an upper end of the center axis part 32 to the exterior of the outer peripheral wall part 33; and a lid 50 which covers an upper open part of the cable storage space 35.
