PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of a fiber product, allowing a fiber product to have less smell of remaining dirt even under wash conditions such as low bath ratio and short washing time and allowing softening agent fragrance to remain. ! SOLUTION: The following steps 1 to 3 are carried out: Step 1: washing a fiber product by using a liquid detergent composition comprising (A) a nonionic surfactant where the (A) component is a nonionic surfactant represented by any of the formulas (1-1) to (1-3), R1-CO-(EO)n-OR2(1-1), R3-O(EO)p-(PO)q-(EO)rH(1-2) and R4-O(EO)s-H(1-3); Step 2: dewatering the fiber product washed in the step 1; and Step 3: treating the fiber product dewatered in the step 1 with a liquid softening agent composition comprising (B) an amine compound having 1 to 3 hydrocarbon groups of C 10 to 26 in a molecule and a cationic surfactant selected from quaternized forms thereof, (C) dextrin and (D) a perfume. !
