PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance, tough and inexpensive turbo-fan which can be integrally molded in its entirety by resin injection molding, and an air conditioner using the same. ! SOLUTION: A turbo-fan 100 comprises: a main plate 2; side plates 3 arranged in the direction of a rotation axis RA from said main plate 2; and a plurality of blades 1 fixed between the main plate 2 and the side plates 3 and arranged in the circumferential direction, where a suction port 31 is formed in the center of the side plates 3. The outer peripheral edges of said blades 1 are formed to be positioned from the side of said main plate 2 to the side of said side plates 3, and are so positioned that said main plate 2 is positioned closer to the inner peripheral side than said suction port 31, as viewed in the direction of the rotation axis RA. !
