摘要 A 3D liquid crystal display device (20), containing a liquid crystal display layer (202), a liquid crystal electrode layer (204), and a transparent electrode layer (206). The liquid crystal electrode layer (204) is arranged above the liquid crystal display layer (202), and switching between 2D mode and 3D mode can be accomplished via application of a voltage to the liquid crystal electrode layer (204). The transparent electrode layer (206) is arranged above the liquid crystal electrode layer (204); in 3D mode, applying a voltage or current to the transparent electrode layer (206) generates a certain amount of heat. The heat generated by the transparent electrode layer (206) causes the temperature of the liquid crystal electrode layer (204) to rise, resulting in a faster response time of the 3D liquid crystal display device (20) and thus improving the 3D display effects, as seen by the naked eye, of the 3D liquid crystal display device (20).
