<p>The present invention relates to an exercise device which includes a foothold which moves in a horizontal or upper and lower direction, and a stepped grip and an outside footrest, thereby enabling users to selectively make legs or whole body exercise. The device comprises a base; footholds installed on the base to enable users to step on the footholds; a driving tool driving the footholds; a front guardrail which is extended and installed on the upper side of the front part of the base which is higher than the height of users and has a plurality of front grips installed upward and downward in multiple stages with an interval from each other; a side guardrail which is extended and installed on the upper side on both side parts of the base which is higher than the height of users and has a plurality of side grips installed upward and downward in multiple stages with an interval from each other; and an upper side grip which is installed by connecting the front guardrail to the side guardrail wherein the footrest is installed on the outside of the front base.</p> |
