<p>Provided is an Internet authentication method for a wireless network, which authorizes the identity of an Internet user. The method comprises: when an Internet device is connected to a wireless network, directly jumping to a login page, an authentication code being displayed in the login page; editing, by a user, the authentication code via a short message, and sending same to a network authentication platform; and when the authentication code is the same as the authentication code displayed in the login page, providing a network service for the Internet device which has received the authentication code, and recording a number with which the short message is sent as a user identity, thereby achieving the authentication of the user identity when accessing the Internet. In this solution, the network authentication platform does not need to have a function of sending a short message, and only needs to have a function of receiving the short message. Compared with the method in the prior art in which a network management system sends a short message to an Internet device and a user also needs to input a verification code according to the content of the short message, the present invention not only reduces costs, but also reduces processes, thereby reducing the time, improving the convenience for a user to use a network, and also achieving the purpose of authorizing the user identity at the same time.</p> |
