PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an assembling worker to make a secure selection, by welding an identification mark for prevention of erroneous mounting of a clip in a clip mounting hole, by using a welding operation for mounting brackets, such as an instrument stay, on a steering member body. ! SOLUTION: In order to lock a harness, extending from acoustic equipment, to an instrument stay by use of an instrument-stay-side clip, instrument-stay-side clip mounting holes 11, 12 are provided. In order that a harness mounting position on the instrument stay is set at an appropriate position due to difference in specification of acoustic equipment or in destination, the one instrument-stay-side clip mounting hole 11 is selected for inserting an instrument-stay-side clip 13 therein.
