PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily detect swing quantity and a swing angle of a work-piece without receiving influence of a roundness error. ! SOLUTION: A work-piece measurement device 60 includes a displacement sensor 62, and a data processing part 72. The displacement sensor 62 detects displacement of a surface of a work-piece in a direction vertical to a rotary shaft 90 of a rotation mechanism 32. The data processing part 72 performs data processing for contour shape data 80 of a work-piece 2 in a cross section thereof vertical to the rotary shaft 90. The afore-said contour shape data 80 is relevant to information concerning displacement of a surface of the work-piece correlated with a rotation angle of the work-piece which is detected when the rotation mechanism rotates the work-piece.
