PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supply device in which a symbol existing on the side face of a component supply reel can be recognized automatically so that the component recognition work of the component supply device can be automated.SOLUTION: A component supply device includes a plurality of tape feeders 120 including a component supply reel 123 around which a component supply tape T for housing an electronic component is wound, and in which a symbol related to the electronic component exists on the side face, and a symbol recognition device 130 provided below the tape feeder and recognizing the symbol on the side face of the component supply reel. |
