PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a changeover section in a rotary electric machine that enables wire connection for a stator to be changed over.SOLUTION: In a winding changeover-type rotary electrical machine, a pair of terminal boxes 41 and 42 are provided at both ends of a rotary electric machine, respectively. A stator winding, which constitutes two blocks on a 180° basis, is formed in a stator on the outside of a rotator. In the terminal boxes 41 and 42, respective terminals U1-U4, V1-V4 and W1-W4 of the stator winding can be changed over to either Y-connection or double Y-connection. Thus, the rotary electric machine can be used by making the connection of the rotary electric machine being changed over according to necessary characteristics. |
