PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor nanoparticle phosphor having improved chemical stability and having excellent light emission efficiency, and a light emitting device prepared using the same.SOLUTION: A semiconductor nanoparticle phosphor comprises a semiconductor nanoparticle and a first organic compound, one terminal of the first organic compound binds to the surface of the semiconductor nanoparticle, and the other terminals are polymerized to form a first inorganic substance layer. |
