PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in interlayer adhesiveness, flatness and transparency. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate obtained by forming a resin film and an inorganic film on a substrate film having a glass transition temperature of 60 to 160°C, where the resin film is formed by using a cyclic olefin polymer (A) having a protonic polar group, a crosslinking agent (B) and an antioxidant (C) and the content of the crosslinking agent (B) in the resin composition is 5 to 60 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the cyclic olefin polymer (A) having a protonic polar group. !
