The present disclosure relates to a method for HARQ ACK/NACK bundling on a PUSCH in a TDD system. The method comprises choosing a scramble code selecting parameter from a predefined set of scramble code selecting parameters, wherein each scramble code selecting parameter is associated with one of one or more downlink subframes to be received and one or more HARQ ACK/NACK bits with respect to the one or more downlink subframes are to be transmitted in a predetermined uplink subframe, or calculating a scramble code selecting parameter based on the number of detected downlink subframes. The method also comprises scrambling one or more HARQ ACK/NACK bits using the chosen scramble code selecting parameter or the calculated scramble code selecting parameter for bundling on the PUSCH. The present disclosure also relates to corresponding UE and a radio network node for HARQ ACK/NACK bundling on a PUSCH in a TDD system. |

1. A method for hybrid automatic retransmission request acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (HARQ ACK/NACK) bundling on a physical uplink sharing channel (PUSCH) in a dynamic time division duplex (TDD) system, comprising:
choosing a scramble code selecting parameter from a predefined set of scramble code selecting parameters, wherein each scramble code selecting parameter is associated with one of one or more downlink subframes to be received and one or more HARQ ACK/NACK bits with respect to the one or more downlink subframes are to be transmitted in a predetermined uplink subframe, or calculating a scramble code selecting parameter based on the number of detected downlink subframes; and scrambling one or more HARQ ACK/NACK bits using the chosen scramble code selecting parameter or the calculated scramble code selecting parameter for bundling on the PUSCH. |
