PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management system, a facility management device and a facility management method that can support appropriate selection of a facility to be maintained from among different types of facilities.SOLUTION: A facility management device 200 comprises: a storage unit 220 that stores facility information including basic information and maintenance history information and also stores maintenance cost information showing costs required for maintenance, with respect to each of multiple facilities; and a control unit 230 that uses prescribed information which is included in common in the facility information corresponding to each of the facilities to calculate an index value showing priority of the maintenance of the facilities, with respect to each of the facilities. A user terminal 100 comprises a display unit 140 that displays information for specifying each of the facilities, a corresponding index value and the maintenance cost information in association with one another. |
