PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent conveyance failure even if a heated sheet is curved.SOLUTION: A conveyance roller 13 having a corrugation function is arranged in a conveyance path L1 leading from a fuser 11 to a discharge roller 12. On a sheet discharged from the fuser 11, a recess or a projection (hereinafter referred to as corrugation) is formed in a thickness direction before reaching a pair of discharge rollers 12. Flexural rigidity of the sheet is improved, thereby preventing the sheet from being excessively curved. A force to form the corrugation on the sheet is applied as a force to the sheet in a direction of correcting the curve of the sheet, thereby preventing the sheet from being excessively curved. Thanks to the above mentioned features, even if a heated sheet is curved, conveyance failure can be prevented. |
