PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medical diagnosis support device, method, and program capable of performing display in which the position of a part having the possibility of a lesion can intuitively be specified at a glance and which is suitable to diagnose a lumen-like tissue.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support device 1 is a device for using medical image data of the colon in a supine position and a prone position to perform display for supporting colon diagnosis. The device includes: virtual display means 20 for displaying a virtual endoscope image of the colon in each body position on the basis of the medical image data; and position information display means 21 for displaying a length from a display reference position to the display position of position information in a prescribed display direction in association with a distance from a prescribed position of the colon to an interest part in a longitudinal direction, when the position information on the interest part is displayed in parallel along the prescribed display direction in each body position, the interest part being different from a normal colon state, specified on the basis of the virtual endoscopic image, and formed by inputting position information in the longitudinal direction of the colon. |
