PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote energy saving without degrading comfortableness within a car which is caused by getting on/off of passengers, relating to an air conditioning system for a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device 20 acquires the information about boarding station and alighting station for the seats in a seat reservation vehicle 2A from a reservation managing system 50 as passenger data. On the basis of the passenger data, increase/decrease of passengers in the seat reservation vehicle 2A at a next station is determined based on the passenger data. In a case where it is determined that passengers increase/decrease in the seat reservation vehicle 2A at a next station, control of air conditioning ability corresponding to increase/decrease of passengers at a next station is started based on the passenger data when reaching a time which is earlier by a predetermined time than a scheduled arriving time at a next station. |
