PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communications system which minimizes the transfer delay of a radio frame including a TS packet including a PCR value and reduces the fluctuation of a radio transmission delay period.SOLUTION: A radio communication apparatus which communicates TS packets by using MPEG2-TS (Moving Picture Experts 2-Transport Stream) in order to perform radio communication in synchronization between an image signal and a voice signal comprises a radio communication circuit 103 which, in the case of storing in a radio frame a TS (Transport Stream) packet including a PCR (Program Clock Reference) value, pads a null frame so as to make the TS packet have a size of the radio frame. |
