PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery which is simple in structure, and is arranged to be able to suppress the displacement in a laminating direction and a separator plane direction orthogonal to the laminating direction as far as possible to ensure a desired seal function even if an impact or the like is given to the fuel battery from the outside.SOLUTION: A fuel battery 10 comprises: power generation units 12 each including a first metal separator 24, a first electrolytic film-electrode structure 26a, a second metal separator 28, a second electrolytic film-electrode structure 26b, and a third metal separator 30; and an upper load-receiving member 78a. The upper load-receiving member has a four-teeth pectinate strip-like receiving part 82at arranged to be able to hold an outer periphery protrusion 70b of the first metal separator 24, an outer periphery protrusion 72b of the second metal separator 28, and an outer periphery protrusion 74b of the third metal separator 30 between its teeth. |
