PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device for notifying a reduction in the residual power amount in an electronic pen without obstruction in a handwriting area on a display screen.SOLUTION: A display control device 200 includes: determination means 206a for determining whether a residual power amount value received from instruction means is less than a threshold; drawing data processing means 204 for processing drawing data generated by drawing data generation means on the basis of a prescribed rule, and generating drawing data for power reduction notification in a case that the determination means determines that the residual power amount value is less than the threshold; and display control means 206b for displaying the drawing data for power reduction notification generated by the drawing data processing means on a display part.
