PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide-polymer laminate having improved adhesive force on the interface between a metal oxide layer and a polymer layer, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A metal oxide-polymer laminate 1 includes a polymer layer 2, and a metal oxide layer 3 laminated on the surface of the polymer layer 2, and formed by an aerosol deposition method. At least a part of the metal oxide layer 3 is buried in the polymer layer 2 in the thickness direction. |
