PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system such that the electric power of a storage battery used in common at a building and mounted on a vehicle can be securely utilized when the electric power of the storage battery is used at the building.SOLUTION: There is provided a power management system for utilizing the electric power of a storage battery 15, used in common at a building 103 and mounted on a vehicle 14, at the building 103. The power management system includes: a charging/discharging part 10 which charges the storage battery 15 or discharges the storage battery 15 so as to supply the electric power of the storage battery 15 to the building 103; a vehicle reservation management part 21 which manages reservations for use of a plurality of vehicle 14 by car sharing users 40 of the vehicles; and a system control part which controls the charging/discharging part 10, and makes a reservation for use of a vehicle 14 for supplying electric power to the building 103 using the vehicle reservation management part 21 based upon an estimated electric power demand of the building 103. |
