PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation of buttons and mischief, by using an existing hall buttons without specially installing an emergency call button, even for emergency as in a hospital, and to resume service after normal operation return without cancelling all calls.SOLUTION: In order to solve the foregoing problems, in an operating method for an elevator apparatus, according to the invention, by continuously pressing a hall button for a specific floor for a fixed length of time, emergency call operation having priority over a hall button call for another floor and/or a button call for selected floor is performed. Additionally, the hall button call for another floor and/or the button call for selected floor is registered and held. After normal operation is returned from the emergency call operation by the hall button for the specific floor, the registered and held hall button call for another floor and/or the button call for the selected floor are resumed in order. |
