POWER STORAGE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CHARGING SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge secondary battery under optimum charging condition.SOLUTION: The power storage system includes: a secondary battery; and a charger for charging the secondary battery. The charger includes: a table storage storing a table representing association between a combination of the temperature and the DC resistance in the secondary battery and the charging condition; a temperature detection section that detects the temperature of the secondary battery; a resistance detection section that detects the DC resistance of the secondary battery; and a charge control section which is adapted to refer to relevant charging condition from the table based on the detected temperature and the DC resistance and to control the charger to charge the secondary battery under the charging condition.
