PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a refocus range that is settable in a blur addition processing, wider than the prior arts.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: distance calculation means for calculating distance information on the basis of a first image based on a light flux from a first pupil area of an image forming optical system and a second image based on a light flux from a second pupil area of the image forming optical system; and blur addition means for adding blur to a source image based on the first image and the second image while using the distance information calculated by the distance calculation means, and moving a focal plane just by a predetermined refocus distance. In the case where the refocus distance is shorter than a threshold value, the blur addition means adds the blur to a first source image and in the case where the refocus distance is longer than the threshold value, the blur addition means adds the blur to a second source image that is an image with a larger effective F-value than that of the first source image. |
