PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of efficiently constructing illumination devices of various sizes.SOLUTION: An illumination device 1 includes: at least one light-emitting unit 10; at least one power supply unit 30; and at least one size adjustment unit selected from among a plurality of different types of size adjustment units (50, 60, and the like) according to a designated width of the illumination device 1. A plurality of combinations of units each including at least one light-emitting unit 10, at least one power supply unit 30, and at least one size adjustment unit (50, 60, 70) is arranged in the illumination device 1 in the width direction (the horizontal direction in the figure). The illumination device 1 is one of a plurality of illumination devices constructed by different combinations of the units and having different widths in units of a predetermined unit width &Dgr;W, respectively. |
