PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for forming a coating film having excellent chipping resistance, adhesiveness, finishing property and gasohol resistance without using a primer. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a coating composition which comprises a block copolymer (I), a hydroxyl group-containing urethane resin (II), a polyolefin-based resin (III), a curing agent (IV) and a conductive pigment (V). The block copolymer (I) comprises: a polymer block (A) containing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a1) having an epoxy group and the other polymerizable monomer (a2) so that the mass ratio is 5/95 to 100/0; and a polymer block (B) containing a polymerizable saturated monomer (a3) having at least one functional group selected from a hydroxyl group. a carboxyl group and an amino group and the other polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a4) so that the mass ratio is 3/97 to 50/50 and the block polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 2000 to 500000. !
