PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe support member capable of preventing fall-off of the support member of the exhaust pipe side even if a rigidity of an elastic body holding the support member of the exhaust pipe side is lessened. ! SOLUTION: An exhaust pipe support member 5 for installing an exhaust pipe to a vehicle body, comprises: a first elastic member 10 in which a vehicle side installing hole 13 into which a vehicle side support member is inserted, and a through-hole 16 are formed; and a second elastic member 20 which is disposed in the through-hole 16 so as to contact an inner face 18 of the through-hole 16 and in which the exhaust pipe side installing hole 25 receiving insertion of an exhaust pipe side support member is formed almost coaxially with the through-hole 16. A rigidity of the second elastic member 20 is set lower than that of the first elastic member 10, and a protrusion 19 is formed on the inner face 18 of the through-hole 16.
