PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building that suppresses damage to an exterior member and an exterior wall panel. ! SOLUTION: An exterior member (heat collection part 31) is fixed to an exterior wall 20 that is configured in such a manner that a plurality of exterior wall panels 21 are mounted by rocking building construction, without straddling a joint part between the exterior wall panels 21. Thus, even when the exterior wall panels 21 are rocked, the exterior member follows movement of the exterior wall panels 21 to which the exterior member is fixed.
