PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint hardware for structural members capable of improving work efficiency in joint work of structural members while preventing dropout of washer and preventing co-rotation of bolt and/or nut, and reducing weight of the joint hardware while ensuring strength and rigidity of the joint hardware. ! SOLUTION: The joint hardware includes: a pair of through holes (46, 52) which are drilled for allowing bolts (42, 48) to be inserted therethrough; a pair of upper wall (36) and lower wall (38) which are disposed being faced to each other; and a side wall (40) which extends between the upper wall and the lower wall. An inside face (56c) of the side wall includes washer holders (62, 66) for holding washers (44, 50) and rotation stops (78, 84) for preventing rotation of a bolt or a nut (82, 88) in the vicinity of the upper wall and the lower wall respectively. !
