PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkles from appearing due to distortion caused during paper conveyance, while applying reliable folding without the need for control of paper conveyance timing and a configuration of an additional folding roller and the like. ! SOLUTION: A weak nip part 15, which decreases normal nip pressure to a degree enabling paper P to be supported without being conveyed, is provided on a part of a peripheral surface of each of a conveyance roller 12 and a folding roller 14. The conveyance roller 12 and the folding roller 14 are arranged so that both the weak nip part 15 of the conveyance roller 12 and the weak nip part 15 of the folding roller 14 can face a roller surface of a shared roller 13. !
