PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge raw materials so as to evenly mix the raw materials. ! SOLUTION: A weighing hopper 4 comprises a hopper body 41 and an air cylinder 42. The hopper body 41 includes a body part 44 having a charging port 44a and a discharge port 44b, and a lid part 45 capable of covering the discharge port 44b. The air cylinder 42 moves the lid part 45 so that a storable state that allows the hopper body 41 to store raw materials G1, G2 or a dischargeable state that allows the raw materials G1, G2 to be discharged from the hopper body 41 is selectively taken. The hopper body 41 is constituted so that, when a state is changed from the storable state to the dischargeable state, the raw material G2 charged prior to charging of the raw material G1 is discharged prior to discharge of at least a part of the raw material G1. !
