In a networkable platform device (100), located on the web and having a plurality of user-participants identifiable by means of an identifier, for collecting and processing information on the part of user-participants, which information is stored in memory locations (110) of a platform (100), each memory location being assigned to a plurality of different topics identifiable using an allocated code, a passively automated distribution of information collected on the part of user-participants is enabled. For this purpose, the memory locations (110) are each formed on the platform (100) by a dual unit (DuU), each dual unit (DuU) comprising a first memory location (111) which cannot be edited on the part of an individual user-participant and is assigned to an allocatable topic and provided with initial information (114) formulated on the part of an initial participant, and a second memory location (112) assigned to the first memory location (111), which second memory location can be edited on the part of each individual user-participant and is designed for an input of additional information (113) on the part of the plurality of user-participants with respect to the initial information (114) stored in the first memory location (111). |
