The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a mixed fermentation extract containing wild ginseng roots, Hedysarum ussuriensis, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, Sophora flavescens, Adenophora triphylla var. japonica Hara, Codonopsis pilosula, and Scrophularia burgeriana. The mixed fermentation extract has excellent effects of expressing collagen and TIMP-1, expressing tropoelastin, and inhibiting an expression of MMP-1, whereby a cosmetic composition containing the mixed fermentation extract as an active ingredient can be effectively used as anti-aging cosmetics.
